Office of Employee Engagement & Training

 

The Office of Employee Engagement and Training (OEET) is responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to promote and monitor​ statewide workforce management in the areas of equal employment opportunity, employee engagement, diversity, affirmative action, and retention. 

OEET:

          • Offers classroom workshops.
          • Offers an array of training courses and professional development opportunities available to all employees and supervisors, including: anti-harassment, diversity and inclusion, generations in the workplace, leadership, and many others.
          • Provides consulting services upon request.
