Affirmative Action Plan

The Commonwealth of Kentucky's Executive Branch Affirmative Action Plan is established by statute in KRS 18A.138. The Plan reaffirms the Commonwealth's commitment to non-discrimination and equal employment opportunity fair treatment of applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ancestry, age, pregnancy or related medical condition, marital or familial status, disability, veteran status, political affiliation, or genetic information.​
