How do I enroll?

Current team members

If you have experienced a life-changing event – a new child, divorce, or marriage – you can adjust your dependent life insurance to reflect your current status and make any beneficiary changes necessary by logging in to the Kentucky Human Resource Information System (KHRIS), or by completing an enrollment/beneficiary form and returning it to your insurance coordinator.  To increase your coverage, evidence of insurability may be required depending on the circumstances and/or for insurance over $150,000.  Adjustments to your life insurance coverage can also be made during a life insurance open enrollment period.

Simply log into the KHRIS employee self-service center, above, to see your current selection.

New team members

Enroll for life insurance for the first time as a new employee by logging in to the Kentucky Human Resource Information System (KHRIS) above or by completing the enrollment form and returning it to your insurance coordinator.  Enrollment must be completed within 35 days of hire.
