At the​ LivingWell Health Clinics, we believe high quality medical care requires getting to know our employees.  Our medical providers will take time to listen to you and understand your unique and individual healthcare needs.  Our high-quality medical services are free to eligible Commonwealth of Kentucky employees.

The provider for our clinics is Premise Health, one of the most experienced providers of onsite health centers in the industry. Premise Health managed clinics are fully committed to complying with Federal HIPAA guidelines protecting the confidentiality of patient information.  Therefore, your personal health information will be treated confidentially and will not be released to anyone without your prior written consent.

We place a high priority on preventive health education, medical screenings, and lifestyle modifications to ensure the best health for patients. Our services include urgent care, immunizations, treatment of minor injuries (non-work related), treatment of illnesses such as colds/flu, as well as Biometric Screenings for LivingWell Promise completion. We also provide management services for conditions such as diabetes and hypertension, in cooperation with your primary care provider. You should seek care for chronic conditions from a primary care provider. Your primary care provider can assist you with medication refills and changes.
