Commonwealth U

CommonwealthU is one of the integrated parts of the MyPURPOSE new talent management system and website. CommonwealthU is an enterprise-wide software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of employee development opportunities.

Participants should self-register through CommonwealthU with Manager approval to enroll in any session. For a calendar of upcoming sessions, you can go to  the Events Calendar under the Learning tab on the MyPURPOSE website. CommonwealthU will send an email to confirm enrollment in a session. You’ll receive correspondence on specific session locations and parking instructions through CommonwealthU. It is important to withdraw from a session as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a scheduled session. Doing so allows someone on the wait list an opportunity to attend.

Online courses are available through CommonwealthU, including offerings through CyberU. CyberU offers more than 1,300 online learning opportunities for state employees and the catalog updates quarterly. Search the Learning Catalog by Provider (“CyberU”) to locate these courses.

Contact your agency Training Coordinator for your agency’s procedures for training or general questions. If you do not know your training coordinator’s name, check the Training Coordinator list.
