Mental Health First Aid
If we see someone struggling, it is good to know how to respond. That is why so many of us take basic first aid training. Like traditional first aid, Mental Health First Aid does not require an individual to diagnose and treat a condition. Instead, it teaches how to offer initial support until a person can connect with appropriate treatment providers.
Learning more about how to notice and support an individual who may be experiencing a mental health concern can save lives. This toolkit will help employees and supervisors feel more confident in assisting a coworker or employee they supervise.
