Who will be there?
In 2024, the Governor's LEAD Conference’s keynote speaker was Brian P. Moran, President and Founder of "The 12 Week Year;" New York Times Best Selling Author; and Leadership, Productivity, and Execution Expert. Our conference speakers also included nationally recognized and renowned speakers and subject matter experts from within state government. This award recognizes the achievements of Kentuckians who have advocated for and made significant contributions to fostering the well-being of all Kentuckians. The Kentucky Personnel Cabinet will present the Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award during the 2025 Governor's LEAD Conference. Since 1989, the Charles W. Anderson Laureate Award recipients have included Governor Steven Beshear, Whitney M. Young Jr. and Muhammad Ali. In last year's Governor's LEAD Conference, Gerina Whethers was named the 2024 Charles W. Anderson Laureate .
