Training Catalog

GSC offers a wide variety of training, additional online courses are offered by CyberU which are available through CommonwealthU. CyberU offers more than 1,300 online learning opportunities for state employees and the CyberU catalog updates quarterly. In MyPURPOSE search the Learning Catalog by Provider (“CyberU”) to locate these courses.

Registration

Contact your CommonwealthU Training Coordinator for your agency's procedures for training. Participants should self-register throughMyPURPOSE with Manager approval to enroll in any session.

Class Location and Driving Directions

Most GSC sessions are provided on the 1st floor of the State Office Building located at 501 High Street in Frankfort, KY. Click here for driving directions. Visitor parking is located at the intersection of High Street and Mero Street in theparking lot. In this lot, you can park in the 2-hour spots even if the training is more than 2-hours. You may also park in any space not marked as reserved to the East side of the building (close to the baseball field). Street parking is available on Clinton Street in front of Commonwealth Credit Union. However, other street parking is limited to 2-hours and you may be towed.

Inclement Weather Policy

GSC sessions will routinely be held as normal. Participants should use their discretion in attending. If a participant chooses not to attend due to inclement weather, GSC will make every effort to assist in enrolling you in another session. Participants may reschedule for a session through CommonwealthU, however, enrollment will be based on availability. If you have any questions, please contact GSC.
