Training VideoSexual Harassment Prevention Training
Thank you for attending the recent Sexual Harassment Prevention for Executive Leadership training session. Please remember, the current policy statement on Harassment prevention reads, in part:
The Commonwealth of Kentucky does not tolerate harassment of any kind. All employees
must avoid offensive or inappropriate behavior at work.
Further, all employees are responsible for assuring that the workplace is free from harassment at all times.
This commitment to harassment free workplaces begins with you and your willingness to make sure that all people are valued and respected. As a reminder, the Office of Diversity, Equality, and Training is responsible for the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs to promote and monitor progressive statewide workforce management in the areas of equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, retention, inclusion, and diversity. ODE&T also has responsibility for the development, coordination, and implementation of all training, employee development, and related programs conducted on behalf of the Executive Branch. We are ready and willing to assist you and your agencies with your training and development needs.
